Ibrahim Aldamoky Financial reporting & bookkeeping

Your books balance. Your fleet still loses money.

I keep the books for equipment rental and construction businesses, close the month on time, and show you which machine, job or client is actually paying for itself.

Fleet profitability, one quarter

Sample data. Every figure is calculated in the file, none typed.

Machine Hours Util. Profit / hour
EQ-0168492%+409
EQ-0251686%+182
EQ-0318544%−194
EQ-0553283%+822
EQ-0631764%+1,020

The income statement said the company was profitable. It was. EQ-03 still burned 194 per operating hour — hidden inside the total, invisible on any trial balance.

What I do

Four services. Most clients start with the first and add the third once they trust the numbers.

Monthly bookkeeping and close

Categorisation, bank and card reconciliation, receivables and payables review, adjusting entries, and a closed month you can rely on.

Cleanup and catch-up

Months or years of unreconciled books brought current, with a written list of every item I could not resolve rather than a silent guess.

Cost and profitability analysis

Profit per machine, per job and per operating hour. Utilisation, fuel per hour, budget variance — the numbers a general ledger will never show you.

Reporting automation

Excel models and Power BI dashboards that rebuild themselves when new data arrives, plus scripts for recurring reconciliations.

Sample work

Built on fictional data for demonstration. Client files are never shown.

Equipment utilisation and profit per operating hour
Utilisation and profit per operating hour across an eight-machine fleet.
Monthly management report
Twenty-four months of revenue against cost, with profit per hour trending the other way.
Automated bank reconciliation
A reconciliation that took hours by hand, run in under a second and closed at zero.

How we start

No quote before I have seen the file. Any price given earlier is a guess, and you would pay for it.

  1. You send one monthA ledger export, your bank and card statements, and accountant access to your accounting software.
  2. I send back a one-page reviewWhat is unreconciled, what is miscategorised, what is missing — with figures, at no charge.
  3. We agree a fixed scope and priceA monthly fee with a written transaction and account limit. Cleanup is quoted separately and once.
  4. You get the month closed on a fixed dateThree statements, receivables ageing, and a short note on what moved and why.
